Moderate cancellation policy
A balanced policy that gives you flexibility while respecting the commitments made.
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund, no fees.
- Between 14 days and arrival date: non-refundable nights apply per the conditions displayed at the time of your booking.
- After arrival: remaining nights may be partially refunded on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.

How does booking work?
Select your dates in the calendar above, indicate the number of guests, and click "Book Now". You're redirected to the secure payment page. Your booking is confirmed immediately after payment and you receive arrival instructions by email.

What is the cancellation policy?
Moderate policy: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. After that, non-refundable nights apply per the conditions displayed before payment. We always recommend double-checking the exact conditions shown at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?
The payment platform accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is secure and processed by our partner Lodgify with SSL encryption.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00 (4:00 PM). Check-out before 11:00 (11:00 AM). Check-in is self-service via a keypad lock — you receive your unique code 24 hours before your stay. No need to coordinate with the host, you arrive whenever you want after 4 PM.

Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stay varies by season and day of the week. The system automatically displays the required minimum when you select your dates in the calendar — generally 2 nights weekdays, 3 nights weekends, and a bit more for holiday periods.

Is the displayed price the final price?
The per-night price is the base rate. The final total includes: (1) per-night price × number of nights, (2) cleaning fee (one-time), (3) accommodation taxes, (4) pet fees if applicable. All these are clearly itemized before you confirm payment.

Can we book for a group of more than 10 people?
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. For larger groups, contact us directly — we can discuss options or recommend complementary solutions.
